Important!
- If you are already listing your property on advertising platforms yourself or using intermediary agencies, we will not be able to assist you with the sale. It looks strange when you are asking for 220,000 for your house, have posted an ad for 200,000 yourself, and an “agent” (often just an acquaintance from Montenegro) is selling it for 210,000.
- We do not work on a “percentage commission” basis—neither two, nor five, nor ten percent.
The reason is simple—we do not want to constantly bother you with price discussions like “the client wants a discount, what should we do?” or “we have a client from another agency, how do we handle the commission?” Such discussions usually result in you selling your property for less than the desired amount.
